To place an order, browse our categories and put items in your cart by pressing the “add to cart” key. Once you have selected the items you’d like to purchase, you can review your cart by going to the “my cart” section. When you have made sure that your cart only contains items you want to purchase, follow the steps below:
1) Select your checkout method. If you are already registered with us, log-in. Otherwise, you can register or checkout as a guest.
2) Fill-in your personal details for billing information (only for registering customers or guests).
3) Fill-in your shipping details (only if shipping address is different from billing address).
4) Select your desired shipping method.
5) For payment, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website.
6) When you have made the payment, you will be redirected back to our website and can then place your order after reviewing it. - Delivery

Items are delivered using Royal Mail’s signed for service and are insured during transit. If items are in stock, delivery should be expected within 7 working days of purchase. However, some of our products being part of an international tour between our branches will be specifically made for you and therefore will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. - Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, if it is not as expected, we will be glad to offer you either to exchange it for you or to refund it to you. In order to do so, you need to contact us by seven working days of delivery of the goods. - By registering with us, you will be offered the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. If you do so, we will send you an email each time we launch a new collection in London to invite you to visit our showroom where our team will be glad to welcome you so you can try on the jewellery that catches your eyes. We may also invite you to join other events where Jeram Jewellers will be participating. It is the best way to keep in touch with your favourite jeweller.
